Good Morning Craig,

I just wish to express my grateful thanks to you, and all your staff for the wonderful, professional way, that went a long way in making my wife's 60th Birthday party such a memorable event. Without doubt, we were looked after with great care and every member of your staff played a great part in keeping the party such a secret.

Your part in it all was truly professional, with a great eye for detail. I know everybody that attended were totally impressed by your organisational skills, not to mention the superb meal that we all thoroughly enjoyed. Please pass my thanks on to your Chefs.

Craig, many many thanks for all your superb quality of service, and in particular my wife too, wishes to reiterate that.

Finally, I would have no hesitation in recommending you, and the Dower House Hotel to any interest parties.
